HR Coordinator

Job Description:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Employee Regularity Reporting:
    You will be responsible for generating periodic reports on employee regularity, ensuring meticulous review of employee attendance, vacations, absences, and sick leaves. This is vital for maintaining a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Personnel Records Management:
    Your role will include processing and maintaining personnel records and files. This involves following up on the completion of employee credentials and systematically developing personnel files for new hires, ensuring strict adherence to our personnel filing system.
  • Time and Attendance Monitoring:
    An essential part of your job will be to follow up on time and attendance submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. This is crucial for payroll processing and maintaining workforce discipline.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    From onboarding to offboarding, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle in collaboration with the HR department. This includes overseeing the hiring process, tracking employee progress, and managing termination or suspension processes, such as resignations and end-of-contract procedures.
  • Payroll Support:
    Addressing payroll-related queries from employees and managers will be a significant aspect of your role. You will provide accurate and timely information to ensure a smooth payroll process.
  • HR Documentation:
    You will also be responsible for issuing HR letters and other official documentation as needed. This supports both employees and management in various HR-related matters.

  • Maadi, Cairo.
    Our office is centrally located in Maadi, providing a convenient and accessible workplace for our team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
    A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR are encouraged to apply, with up to 6 months of experience considered a plus.
  • Language Proficiency:
    A strong command of English is essential for this role, ensuring clear and effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in MS Excel is critical, as it is used extensively for managing and analyzing HR data.
  • Personal Attributes:
    Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality are key traits we are looking for in a candidate.
