  1. Payroll Management:<\/strong>\n

    • Process payroll for all employees within the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintain and update personnel databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Calculate employee payments accurately, incorporating overtime, bonuses, tax deductions, and any other adjustments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Gather and verify data on hours worked for each employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Process tax payments and manage employee benefits in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Recruitment and Selection:<\/strong>\n

      • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
