We are looking for a very experienced \u201c<\/strong>Talent Management Section Head\u201d to join a multinational company located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Oversee the recruitment process, which involves posting jobs, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Manage all candidates, oversee interviews, keep recruitment status reports, analyze metrics, and help implement recruitment strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Organize different job fairs, establish a strong network of talented individuals, create and execute diverse training strategies, and actively participate in training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assistance in defining the company\u2019s goals and key performance indicators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Perform an assessment of employees\u2019 training needs and create a training plan within the allocated budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Develop necessary training programs in order to meet all development goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Supervising employee training implementation, addressing operational issues, and guaranteeing employee contentment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Monitor the effectiveness of the orientation process for new employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or any relevant experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D and OD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Fluent Command of English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Excellent Communication Skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Effective presentation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Team management and Innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Problem-solving and decision making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Advanced writing skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
