This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HR Manager Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personnel planning and recruiting :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Developing strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.<br>\u2013 Developing qualification profiles and personnel recruitment actions together with managers as well as planning and performing personnel requirements.<br>\u2013 Ensuring that on-board and induction training are provided to the new employees according to the company standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HR reporting and budgeting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Preparing monthly\/periodical HR reports in accordance with local and European requirements.<br>\u2013 Reporting HR indicators and activities follow-up in Operations Meetings: follow-up the main indicators as headcount, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover.<br>\u2013 Providing information for the budgeting process and making sure that the budget targets are achieved (including the training budget).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HR policies, procedures, and compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Developing and implementing local HR-related policies as support to central HR policies.<br>\u2013 Developing and revising procedures according to legal requirements and company rules.<br>\u2013 Ensuring that all functions have a position description and ensuring that all organization charts are compliant with the central policies.<br>\u2013 Implementing a code of conduct in the organization and promoting compliance in all processes.<br>\u2013 Monitoring the annual performance review process, ensuring completion by all lead managers.<br>\u2013 Assuring close communication and open dialogue with employee representatives and in all subjects related to Local Labor Relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Years of experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Minimum 7-10 years practical experience in HRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Industry\/Manufacturing experience.<br>\u2013 Experience in international manufacturing companies; managing 500+ people personnel; knowledge in shifts type of working.<br>\u2013 Preferred Automotive; Electrical sector.<br>\u2013 Fluent English.<br>\u2013 SAP and Success Factors are preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If interested send us your CV in the below form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Good luck!<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":1656,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":""},"class_list":["post-1655","job","type-job","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.edgeoutsourcing.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/1655","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.edgeoutsourcing.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.edgeoutsourcing.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.edgeoutsourcing.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/1656"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.edgeoutsourcing.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1655"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
